基于利益维度的“好人”标准探析——以袁厉害为例

摘　　要：媒体对袁厉害的质疑与争议折射出当前众多国人所持有的"好人"标准是:无私利他,不应因行善而接受或索取物质利益回报。这种标准是传统社会儒家"重义轻利"及计划经济时代集体利益绝对至上的道德观在今天的体现,与长期的"毫不利己"的道德宣传与教育倾向有密切关系,它忽略了道德修养的层次差异,是对传统"义利"观及受众的误读,也不符合中央关于道德建设的相关文件的精神。这种标准已不合时宜,必须尽快构建基于社会主义市场经济体制的,能维护人们合法利益及追求合法利益权利的,能促进更多"好人"涌现的,有助于改善当前道德风气的新标准。Questions and controversy on YUAN Li-hai reflect the current standard of ＂Noble Man＂,that is：unselfishness altruism should not accept material return.This standard is the embodiment of the idea of moral and profit in the traditional society and the moral values in plan time.It has close relationship with the long-term unreasonable moral propaganda and education,ignores the different levels of moral cultivation and does not meet the spirit of relevant document from the CPC Central Committee.This standard has been misplaced.We must build a new standard based on the system of socialist market economy,can protect the interests of people and promote the emerging of the ＂Noble Man＂.
