摘　　要：词汇教学是综合英语教学中的重要组成部分,本文主要讨论词汇教学的内容和策略,以提高词汇教学的效率,从而提高学生的英语综合运用能力。English reading has been considered as the most important part in college English teaching and has been paid much attention to.Improving students’ reading ability has always been a focus in college English teaching,for the students will obtain the information conveyed in English mainly through reading.However,the teaching effect is not satisfactory.To train the students to get good reading levels is an important objective pursued by the teachers.This thesis will analyze the problems of the students ’ reading,and give some practical advice on improve students ’ reading ability.
