摘  要:以芹菜胞质雄性不育系0863A及其相应保持系0863B的花蕾、盛开花朵和叶片为试材,测定并分析了可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量及SOD、POD酶活性水平。结果表明,在芹菜不育系的花器官中,可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均高于其保持系,叶绿素a和叶绿素b均低于其保持系。在叶片中,可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量均高于其保持系,但可溶性糖和叶绿素含量不育系高于保持系。SOD酶活性在花器官中不育系较低,在叶片中则是保持系较低。POD酶活性在盛开花朵中不育系较高,达到保持系的2.02倍,而在花蕾和叶片中不育系却比保持系低很多。The floral buds, flowers and leaves of cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) line 0863A and it s maintainer line 0863B in celery were employed as experimental materials to reveal relationships between CMS and changes of material metablisms by measuring the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,proline,chlorophyll and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD).Results showed that the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and praline of floral organs in CMS were higher than that in its maintainer,but the contents of chlorophyll ab in CMS were lower.The change trends of soluble protein and proline contents of leaves in CMS were similar,inversely soluble sugar and chlorophyll content of leaves in CMS were higher than that in its maintainer.SOD activity of CMS were lower than that in its maintainer in floral organs,inversely higher in leaves.POD activity of CMS were higher,reaching 2.02 times of its maintainer in flowers,but in floral bugs and leaves were a lot lower.
