生物惰性陶瓷的制备与口腔修复应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨生物惰性陶瓷制备及在口腔修复中的应用。方法:选取2011年2月～2012年9月在我院口腔科就诊的行氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复体患者32例,阐述修复体的制作过程,比较置入修复体后生物惰性陶瓷色泽、透明度等特征。结果:22例患者置入的氧化锆全瓷冠桥与周围天然牙的颜色、透明度协调一致,另外1例患者发生氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复体连接处折断。结论:氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复体具有较好生物相容性,符合口腔整形的美观要求。Objective To investigate the application of biological inert ceramic preparation and in oral cavity repair. Methods 32 cases of 2011 February to 2012 September in our hospital,Department of Stomatology,the zirconium oxide all-ceramic crown and bridge prosthesis patients, elaborate production process prosthesis,implantation prosthesis after comparison of bioinert ceramic color, transparency. Results Cobalt oxide were implanted in 22 patients of all ceramic crown and bridge and the surrounding natural tooth color, transparency,consistency,the other 1 patients withzirconium oxide all-ceramic crowns and bridges connecting the broken. Conclusion The zirconium oxide all-ceramic crown and bridge prosthesis has good compatibility with biological,oral cosmetic appearance.
