摘　　要：新建本科院校能否顺利实现专科教育到本科教育的过渡,教学改革的成功与否在其中起着决定性的作用.针对目前新建本科院校高等数学教学中存在的具体问题,应多途径激发学生的学习兴趣、改革教学方法、建立既能检测学生掌握知识的情况又能检测学生能力素质的考评方案、提高教师专业素质,以不断提高教学质量.A successful teaching and learning reform may guarantee the success of transition from a three year college to a four-year institution.At the same time,teaching efficiency of advanced mathematics has always been an issue of common concern.Based on this,the essay illustrates in detail the methods and directions of teaching and learning reform for a newly-founded institutions of higher learning through the analysis of present situations of advanced mathematics.
