摘　　要：企业文化是企业管理理念和价值观的集中体现,在校企合作办学中起着重要作用.高校应通过多种方式,加强对企业文化的吸收和融合,并将之渗透到校企合作人才培养之中.Corporate culture is the essential philosophy and values in corporate management,playing an important part in college-enterprise cooperation.Colleges should strengthen the assimilation of corporate culture and use it in college-enterprise cooperation projects.
