摘 要:针对履带式三角形车轮的通过性,计算了某型6×6轮式车辆的接地比压和爬坡牵引性,在多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn中建立了整车虚拟样机模型,对履带式三角形车轮车辆在压实干土路面上的直线行驶和越障性能进行了仿真分析.结果表明,履带式三角形车轮能够将原车接地面积提高135.71%,接地压力降低57.58%,牵引力增大38.5%,垂直越障高度由550 mm增加到600 mm.仿真分析动态、准确地反映了履带式三角形车轮车辆的运行过程,表明了履带式三角形车轮较普通轮胎出色的通过性,体现了RecurDyn软件在履带式三角形车轮动力学仿真分析方面的优越性.According to the passing ability of tracked triangular wheeled vehicle, the author calculated ground pressure and climbing traction of 6WD wheeled vehicle. A whole tracked triangular wheeled vehicle model was built in multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn, and its straight driving and climbing obstacle performance on the dry soil road was analyzed. The results are as follows. Ground area increased by 135.71%, ground pressure reduced by 57.58%, traction increased by 38.5%, and the vertical Obstacle height increased from 550mm to 600mm. Simulation analysis reflected the running process of tracked triangular wheeled vehicle dynamically and accurately, showed excellent passing ability of tracked triangular wheel, proved the superiority of RecurDyn software in dynamics simulation analysis of tracked triangular wheel.
