督导式教学法在骨科临床路径护理带教中的应用  被引量:4

摘  要:目的探讨督导式教学法在骨科临床路径护理带教中的应用及效果。方法将2012年在我科实习的护生为实验组,临床路径带教中应用督导教学法;将2010年在我科应用传统教学方法进行临床路径带教的护生为对照组。比较两组护生临床路径相关知识的出科考试成绩以及不同人群对两种教学方法的满意程度。结果除素质修养及基础护理外,实验组在护理评估、病历书写、应变能力及专科护理等方面的成绩均优于对照组(t=2.7~8.33,P<0.01)。病人、学生自己以及带教老师对实验组教学法的满意程度也高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在临床路径的护理带教中应用督导式教学法能够提高护生对临床路径的理解及对临床护理带教的满意程度。Objective To investigate the effect of the supervision approach in clinical nursing teaching in Department of orthopedics. Methods The student nurses trained in our hospital in 2012 were chosen toform the experimental group and were taught with the supervision approach. The student nurses trained in our hospital in 2010 were chosen to form the control group and received traditional teaching method. The students knowledge related to clinical pathway andtheir satisfaction about the teaching approaches were measured and compared. Results The students' per- formance in nursing assessment, case-file w)iting, adaptability to changes and specific nursing was found much higher in the experimental group than in the control group ( t=2.7 - 8.33, P %0.01 ). The satis- faction of patients, the student nurses s'and the teachers of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The supervision approach in clinical nursing teaching can im- prove students' knowledge related to clinical pathway and their satisfaction.
