基于AGIL模型的职业教育发展分析

摘　　要：职业教育系统是重要的社会系统,是当前职业教育必须研究和解决的重要课题。依据功能选择结构理论,运用"AGIL"模型对当前职业教育系统进行了综合性分析。分析结果表明,职业教育系统存在不适应社会需求变化、培养目标不清、资源整合不到位、文化因素不被重视等问题,并认为调整职业教育结构是增强适应功能的前提,明确培养目标是维持其目标达成功能的保证,整合可利用的资源是改善整合功能的关键,加强文化因素建设是优化潜在模式维持功能的支撑。The system of vocational education is an important part of social system. Based on Parsons＇AGIL Model , the paper analyzes the system of vocational education. The result shows that there are some problems in the function of adaptation, goal attainment, integration and latency pattern maintenance , such as difficulty to adapt to the social needs, vague educating objectives, inadequate resource integration and less attention to the cultural factor, etc. According to the function of adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency pattern maintenance of＂ AGIL＂ model, the paper puts forward the suggestions for the development of vocational education.
