摘　　要：以2,5-二氯硝基苯为起始原料,与丙二酸二乙酯缩合,再经过还原、环合,与乙酰氯进行傅-克酰化反应制得5-(2-氯乙酰基)-6-氯-1,3-二氢吲哚-2-酮,经三乙基硅烷/三氟乙酸还原得到5-(2-氯乙基)-6-氯-1,3-二氢-吲哚酮,总收率68.7%。5-（2-Chloroacetyl）-6-chloro-1,3-dihydro-2H-indole-2-one was synthesized from 2,5- dinitroehlorobenzene as the starting material, condensation with diethyl acetamidomalonate, then reduced, cyclization, and synthesis of 5-2-chloroaeetyl-6-ehloro-indole ketone by Friedel-Crafts aeylation. Reduction by triethyl silieane and trifluoroacetic acid gave 5- 2-chloroethyl -6-ehloro-indole ketone with the yield of 68.7%.
