摘　　要：高职院校学生档案是学生的历史真实记录,是高校教育教学质量评估和毕业生就业工作的一项重要凭证,在当今毕业生就业与择业中具有十分重要的作用。然而,目前高职学院还存在管理挡案的不足,必须要在现代的教育理念指导下,探究新思路,研究新对策,具体为:强化收集,丰富学生信息资源档案的建设内涵;加强学生档案管理网络建设,逐步实现学生档案数字化信息管理;提高档案管理人员的综合素质;建立监督管理机制和健全规章制度,达到为就业推荐工作服务的水平。The students＇ archives at higher vocational colleges are the actual history records for the students and an essential proof for the evaluation of education qualities and employment work of the graduates, which are important for students to choose occupation and. obtain employment. Currently problems such as lower qualities of archives, underutilization, information channel simplification and slow response do exist. The authors think vocational colleges should concern on strengthening the connotation construction of information gathering and perfecting and on building network of archives management to fulfill digital management gradually. Students＇ archives should better serve the society and promote the scientific and harmonious development of the education cause of vocational colleges.
