重载齿轮淬硬层应力分布规律分析

摘　　要：为了研究重载齿轮淬硬层内的应力分布特性,建立了某轮式装载机轮边减速器太阳轮与行星轮齿轮单齿啮合的实体几何模型,通过布尔运算将几何模型切分成淬硬层和非淬硬层区域,根据淬硬层和非淬硬层的应力特点制定出不同的网格划分方案,经接触非线性有限元分析得到淬硬层齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力的分布规律及它们的应力梯度变化规律。利用淬硬层应力大小分布及应力梯度从齿面到芯部的衰减速率可以指导重载齿轮淬硬层的确定,从而提高重载齿轮的承载能力和使用寿命。A solid geometry model of wheel-side reducer for wheel loader is built by CATIA part design module.To reduce the difficulty in mesh generation process,the model is sliced into many simple geometric models.According to the different stress characteristic of the various parts of hardened layer,two schemes of mesh generation are proposed.The distribution rule of stress gradient of tooth surface contact stress and tooth root bending stress in hardened layer was found by nonlinear finite element method.The results indicate that the rule has certain guiding significance for the determination of hardened layer of heavy-duty gears.
