摘　　要：对不锈钢与碳钢的闪光焊焊缝进行常规超声波检测时,会出现明显的异质界面回波,易导致难以区分异质界面产生的反射信号和异质界面处缺陷产生的信号,严重影响对缺陷的识别。通过使用超声波测试异质界面的声压反射率,分析了异质界面反射波形成原因。Ultrasonic testing is a common method for welds. There is obvious heterogeneous interface echo of the conventional ultrasonic testing for stainless steel-ordinary carbon steel flash welding, which will seriously affect the defect recognition because it is difficult to distinguish the defect signal in the heterogeneous interface ones. In this paper, sound pressure reflection coefficient of the heterogeneous interface is tested, aiming to illuminate the reason of existence of the reflection echo.
