摘 要:本试验用豆油油脂经乳化添加到cPDA培养基中配制成不同豆油油脂浓度的培养基,采用平板培养法定期观测黑木耳菌丝长势和菌丝生长速度,镜检菌丝形态和分枝情况。结果表明:黑木耳菌丝在含有不同豆油油脂浓度的培养基上生长有不同的长势和生长速度;在含有豆油油脂的培养基上生长的菌丝较之对照组的粗且分枝较多。结论:豆油油脂乳化对黑木耳菌丝生长有一定影响。The soybean oil was added into cPDA medium after emulsification to form several different concentrations of soybean oil medium. The growth situation and growth rate of Auricularia auricula mycelium were estimated. The mycelial morphology and branch were observed with microscope. The growth situation and growth rate are different in different concentrations of soybean oil medium, respectively. The number of mycelial branch in the soybean oil medium was more than that in the control group. The results indicated that the soybean oil had an impact on the growth of Auricularia auricular mycelium.
