摘　　要：家长式领导是基于中国传统文化提出的华人领导理论,大陆境内尤其是医院样本的研究较少,笔者系统地回顾了家长式领导的定义、理论模型、文化根基、量表和实证研究现状,以期对未来在医院领导力研究方面提供参考。Paternalistic leadership is an indigenous Chinese leadership style that is rooted in Chinese traditional culture, however, few study has been performed in Mainland specially using sample from hospitals. We review this body of research on definition, theoretical model, cultural roots, scale and empirical studies and identify promising areas for future study on leadership in hospital setting.
