新生儿低血糖症20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的对导致患者发生低血糖症状的原因进行分析和探讨。方法我院2012年3月～2013年3月，共收治了新生儿低血糖患者20例。对这些患者进行常规的血糖监测。结果患者出现低血糖症状与胎龄、体重有一定的关系；导致患者产生低血糖的因素有感染、出血症、窒息、母亲患糖尿病、硬肿症、开奶延迟、喂养困难、先天性心脏病。结论对有低血糖症状的新生儿要进行严密的监测，对存在的高危因素进行及时的纠正，避免对患者的中枢神经造成损伤，使得患者出现神经系统的后遗症。Objective To explore and analyze the cause of hypoglycemia symptoms. Methods From March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital,a total of 20 neonates with hypoglycemia were monitored by conventional blood sugar. Results Neonates with symptoms of hypoglycemia was somewhat related to gestational age and weight; leading to hypoglycemia factors included： infection,hemorrhagic, asphyxia,mothers with diabetes mellitus, scleredema;open milk delay,feeding difficulty;congenital heart disease. Conclusion We should conduct rigorous monitoring the,neonates with hypoglycemia,and timely correct the high risk factors existed,in order to avoid damage to the central nervous system of patients,that cause central nervous system sequelae.
