摘 要:中外合作办学是我国高等教育人才培养模式的一种拓展方式。双校园模式诸如"3+1"、"2+2"、"1+3"、"1+2+1"、"3+2"等已成为我国中外合作办学的主流,这促使大学英语的角色定位限定在雅思和托福培训上。保持当前大学英语应试教育的优势,适当融入中西文化内容,处理好与专业英语教育的关系,无疑是"双校园"模式下大学英语教学应该积极扮演的角色。Chinese - foreign cooperation in running schools is a supplementary form to China's higher education in culti- vating talents, of which double campus model such as " 3 + 1 ", " 2 + 2 ", " 1 + 3 ", " 1 + 2 + 1 ", " 3 + 2 " has be- come the mainstream. This model limited the role of College English teaching to IELTS and TOEFL training. Keeping the verge of the present English teaching with proper integration of both Chinese and western cultural contents into as well as dealing its relationship well with professional English education, are undoubtedly the very role that college English teach- ing under the model of double campus should actively play.
