周围性面神经炎急性期脑电图的改变与临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨周围性面神经炎急性期EEG改变与临床意义。方法:对46例周围性面神经炎急性期进行了EEG检查,对其结果与临床的关系进行了研究。结果:46例周围性面神经炎急性期EEG异常16例(34.8％),EEG异常主要见于伴有面、舌部感觉异常的中、重型面瘫病例,异常程度主要是轻、中度异常,异常特点是以面瘫对侧为主的低、中波幅θ活动。结论:周围性面神经炎中、重型急性期可伴有脑电活动异常。Objective: To explore the change of electroencephalography (EEG) on the patients with Bell's Palsy in acute stage. Methods:EEG of 46 cases with Bell's Palsy were examined,and the result of EEG with the clinical relations were compared. Results: The results showed that the EEG abnormalitis were 16 cases(34. 8%) in 46 patients with Bell's Palsy at acute stage. The EEG abnormalitis were present in patients with paresthe-sias of the facial and tongue and serious cases. The changes feature of EEG were mild and moderate abnormalitis,wave with low amplitude in the opposite head of the facial palsy. Conclusion:The results suggested that EEG changes may be present at the acute stage in moderate and serious patients with Bell's Palsy.
