商务英语岗位群技能训练的双语教学研究

摘　　要：高职商务英语教学承担着几乎所有涉外型人才培养的重任,研究这门学科的岗位技能训练无疑具有重大意义。本文通过中美合作教学实践,并结合美国TESOL和ESL理论两者相融合的合作教学教学模式,论述了具有中国特色的双师双语的岗位技能训练途径。从教学效果和人才培养标准检验的情况来看,学生的英语应用能力得到极大提升,尤其是学生的英语学习信心、兴趣、态度等非智力因素方面得到明显改观。本文的研究极具创新意义,很有必要进行更大范围的实践和研究。Higher vocational Business English instruction bears the essential responsibility for educating almost all the qualified personnel for foreign related enterprises. This article, based on the theories of both TESOL and ESL, elucidates the approach to Sino-US bilingual co-teaching of business skills in Chinese school setting. The empirical research proves that students’ ability to use English to do business get greatly improved. Furthermore, the students’ non-intelligence factors such as confidence, interest and attitude are becoming significantly positive. This paper strongly proves its innovative significance, worthy of a wider range of practice and research.
