摘　　要：目的对性分化异常患者的染色体核型和发病机制进行探讨。方法按常规G显带方法制备患者外用血淋巴细胞染色体核型。结果 30例性分化异常患者中染色体异常18例,占60.0%,非染色体异常12例,占40.0%。结论对性分化异常患者进行遗传学分析,有利于了解其遗传病因,为临床及时诊断和处理提供帮助。Objective： To analyze chromosome karyotype and reason of sex developing abnormality.Methods： Preparation of the blood lymphocyte chromosome karyotype by G banding.Results： The patients of abnormal chromosome has 18cases（60.0%）,other abnormality has 12 cases（40.0%）.Conclusion： To understand the genetic etiology of sex differentiation patients by genetic analysis,then to provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment timely.
