摘　　要：教师是教育事业发展的基础,高校教师是提高高等教育质量的关键。当前我国高校教师队伍整体素质有待提高,队伍结构不尽合理,管理体制机制有待完善,做好教师培训工作是当前高校师资队伍建设的一项重要任务。积极探索培养途径,健全培养机制,提高我国高校师资队伍整体水平。As the foundation of education, college teachers are the key to improving the quality of higher education. Cur- rently, college teachers in China are expected to be developed in the aspect of quality cultivation, and they are faced with the problem of unreasonable structures and imperfect management systems. Therefore, doing the training work of college teach- ers well is regarded to be a task of great importance in current college teaching staffconstruction. It is advisable to positively explore the training channels, perfect the training systems, and improve the whole level of college teacher team.
