高职高专物流管理专业向应用型本科转型的研究

摘　　要：随着物流行业的快速崛起,市场对物流人才的需求层次也在不断提高,低层次操作型物流人才已经远远不能满足行业发展的需要,从而对物流人才的培养也提出了更高要求。文中分析了高职高专物流管理专业向应用型本科转型的可行性,并且提出了转型过程中的关键工作内容,希望能通过这些研究推动转型工作,更好地为物流业的发展输送合格的人才。With the rapid rise of the logistics industry,the market demand for logistics personnel are also constantly improving.Low level operation logistics personnel can not meet the need of the development of the industry anymore,which set a higher request to the logistics personnel training.This paper analyzes the transformation feasibility of logistics management major from higher vocational college to the application undergraduate college.This paper also proposed the transformation process of the key work.This research may promote the transformation work,and help to cultivate more qualified talents to meet the requirement of logistics industry.
