一株高产二羟基丙酮菌株的筛选及鉴定

摘　　要：从腐烂的水果中筛选到一株能发酵生产1,3-二羟基丙酮的菌株。基于生理生化鉴定及16S rRNA基因序列分析结果,确定该菌属于弗托氏葡萄糖酸杆菌,将其命名为Gluconobacter frateurii HD924。初步发酵实验表明该菌能发酵80 g/L的甘油产生63.04 g/L的1,3-二羟基丙酮。A strain of Gluconobacter frateurii CGMCC 5397 producing 1,3-dihydroxyacetone from glycerol was isolated from rotted fruits. A series of morphological and biochemical characteristics and sequence analysis of 16S rRNA revealed that it belonged to Gluconobacter frateurii and named as Gluconobacter frateurii HD924. The fermentation results of this strain showed that 63.04 g/L 1,3-dihydroxyacetone could be produced when cultured in the medium containing 80 g/L glycerol.
