摘  要:采用感官评吸和电子鼻分析,对湖南省不同县区、不同部位单料烟品质进行评价,并采用偏最小回归分析(PLSR)方法对二者进行相关性研究。结果表明:基于烟丝电子鼻的主成分分析(PCA),单料烟按地域差异进行分类;基于烟气电子鼻的PCA分析,单料烟按地域和部位差异进行分类,且分析结果与人的感官评定结果最接近,因此烟气电子鼻分析可作为鉴别原料烟叶的客观手段之一。Sensory evaluation and Electronic nose analysis were conducted to investigate the quality of Hunan tobacco from different counties and different stalk positions.And the relationship between the sensory evaluation and electronic nose was elucidated through Partial least squares regression(PLSR).The results showed that the classification of unblended cigarette by geographic differences based on principal component analysis(PCA) of tobacco electronic nose;while the classification of unblended cigarette by geographic and stalk positions differences based on principal component analysis(PCA) of tobacco smoke electronic nose,and the result was consistent with sensory evaluation results.Thus,the electronic nose analyses of tobacco smoke to be a relevant device for identification of tobacco material.
