摘　　要："职业教育吸引力不强"是一个具有普遍性的社会问题。在制度变迁理论视域下增强职业教育吸引力需要关注意识形态、国家制度两个维度:一是构建职业教育话语体系,增强职业教育意识形态影响力;二是推进职业教育相关制度建设,增强职业教育发展的制度保障力。The attraction of vocational education is insufficient that is a universal social problems. Under the perspective of institution change theory ,for improving the attraction of vocational education ,it is necessary to focus on ideology and state institution two dimensions： the first is to construct the vocational education discourse system and strengthen the influence of vocational education ideology;the second is to promote the establishment of relevant vocational education systems and enhance the institutional guarantee for vocational education development.
