摘 要:目的:研究前伸头位对颞下颌关节振动的影响。方法:采用Bio-JVA关节振动分析仪,测量30名健康正常牙合青年女性受试者分别在自然头位以及最大前伸头位时做节律性大张闭口运动时的双侧颞下颌关节的表面振动,并对数据结果行统计学分析。结果:最大前伸头位时振动总能量、小于以及大于300Hz频率的振动能量、峰频率以及峰振幅与自然头位时相比增高且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);自然头位与前伸头位双侧颞下颌关节振动的发生率分别为50.0%和55.0%,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:最大前伸头位时颞下颌关节振动显著增强,前伸异常头颈姿势位可能是致颞下颌关节运动产生异常振动的原因之一。Objective: To study the effect of-forward head posture on temporomandibular joint(TMJ) vibration. Methods: Thirty heath young female subjects wure included. Bilateral joint vibrations with jaw track of maximum forward head posture ( FHP ) and natural bead posture ( NHP ) were recorded using a TMJ detecing instrument during rhythmic maximal jaw opening and closing movement. Results: The total integral ( TI ) integral 〈 300Hz, integral 〉 300Hz, peak amplitude(PA ) and peak frequency(PF) of maximum FI-IP were significantly higher than in control group (NI-IP)( P 〈 0.05). The percentage of joint vibrations occurrence in Bilateral joint of FHP and NHP were 50.0% and 55.0%. There was no statistically significant difference in FI-IP and NI-IP. Conclusion: At maximum FHP TM3 vibration significantly enhanced. FlIP may be a factor in inducing TMJ abnormal vibration.
