摘 要:降低知识粘滞程度,提升知识转移绩效,是企业获得持续竞争优势的关键所在。构建知识粘滞、内部控制机制与知识转移绩效之间关系的理论分析框架,剖析行为控制、结果控制在知识粘滞与知识转移绩效关系间的调节作用。在此基础上,使用因子分析法结合多层次回归分析法就已构建的理论分析框架进行实证分析。实证结果表明:行为控制正向调节知识粘滞与知识转移绩效间的关系,而结果控制负向调节知识粘滞与知识转移绩效间的关系。研究将对降低知识粘滞,促进知识转移有所裨益。It is the key for enterprises to obtain sustainable competition advantages by reducing knowledge stickiness degree and promoting knowledge transfer performance. This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of the relationships among knowledge stickiness, internal control mechanisms and knowledge transfer performance, expounds the regulation functions of behavior control and result control between knowledge stickiness and knowledge transfer performance and on this basis, adopts factor analysis and multi hierarchical regression analysis to carry out empirical analysis of the established theoretical analysis framework. The results show that behavior control positively regulates the relationships between knowledge stickiness and knowledge transfer performance, result control negatively regulates the relationships between knowledge stickiness and knowledge transfer performance. This research will be helpful in reducing knowledge stickiness and promoting knowledge transfer performance.
