摘  要:结合国际高等教育发展趋势和时代发展对高等教育的要求,明确了高校实验室在创新型人才培养中的关键作用,提出以创新型人才培养为主线,从实验室硬件设施和软环境建设着手,一抓建设,二抓管理,围绕实验室建设规划、质量内涵建设、人力资源优化配置、和谐文化氛围营造和管理运行和谐创新5个方面,对如何建立布局合理、配置优化、资源共享、层次多样、功能完备、高效开放的新型实验室体系进行了论述。从建设和管理2个层面,就创新型人才培养视角下的高校实验室发展路径,即充分发挥实验室在实践教学、科学研究、学科渗透和社会服务方面"四位一体"的创新与服务功能进行了探讨。Combining international trends in the development of higher education and the development of the times demands for higher education, this paper defines the laboratory key role of colleges and universities in cultivating the innovative talents; puts forward to take innovative personnel training as the main line, from the laboratory construction of hardware facilities and soft environment construction to begin, a two catch management to one-catch construction, from five aspects of laboratory construction plan, quality connotation construction, optimal allocation of human resources, harmonious culture atmosphere construction and management innovation and harmony, is introduced to how to establish the new type laboratory system of rational layout, configuration optimization, resource sharing, diverse levels, complete functions and high performance open. From two dimensions of construction and management, this paper discusses the cultivation of innovative talents from the perspective of the path of colleges and universities laboratory development, namely, making full use of laboratory in that "Four in One" innovation, service function of practice teaching, scientific research, disciplines infiltration and social service.
