摘  要:目的:通过发放神经外科护理实习情况调查表,了解护生带教需求,改进带教方法。方法:对220名护生发放问卷调查,调查其对带教老师各方面需求情况。结果:调查结果显示,希望带教老师工作3~10年者占78.63%,工作10年以上的占21.36%;希望带教老师耐心讲解专科知识者占95.45%;对科室培训工作满意者占80.00%;对带教效果满意者占88.64%。在带教内容安排的需求中依次排在前三位的是专科技术操作、基础护理技术操作、病情观察要点。结论:神经外科应安排工作3年以上、有较强沟通、教学能力和责任心的护士带教。Objective: Through the issuance of department of neurosurgery nursing practice questionnaire, teaching demands of nursing students to under- stand, improve teaching method. Methods: 220 students a questionnaire survey, investigation on the teachers in all aspects of demand. Results: The results showed : hope teachers with 3 - 10 years accounted for 78.63%, more than 10 years accounted for 21.36%, hope teacher patiently explain the specialty knowledge accounted for 95.45%, job satisfaction accounted for 80%, on the teaching satisfaction accounted for 88.64%. In the teaching contents arrange- ment needs in the top three are: operation of professional skills, basic nursing operation observation points, the department training. Conclusion: The de- partment of neurosurgery should arrange for more than 3 years of work, have strong communication, teaching ability and responsibility nurse teaching.
