摘 要:研究动力吸振器对飞轮振动的抑制效果,采用多变量多变异位自适应遗传算法优化调谐频率比和吸振器阻尼比,通过回归分析得到阻尼系统最优参数的数学表达式并研究表达式的精度。仿真分析表明,采用自适应遗传算法能够高效计算最优参数,且回归分析可以得到精度较高的参数表达式;在飞轮模拟振源激励下,最优吸振器明显降低主结构垂直方向的振动响应,且在其他两个方向也有一定的减振作用。参数分析的方法为卫星飞轮振动控制提供一个全新的研究思路。Dynamic vibration absorbers for reduction of flywheel vibration were developed.Optimum tuning frequency and damping ratio of the absorber were derived by multi-variable and multi-mutation adaptive genetic algorithm(MMAGA).The mathematical formulae of the optimum parameters of the damping system were deduced by regression analysis,and the precisions of the formulae were investigated.The simulation shows that the optimum parameters of the absorber can be calculated efficiently with the MMAGA,and the parameter expressions with high accuracy can be obtained by using regression analysis.Under the excitation of the vibration source of the flywheel,the vibration response of the main structure of the satellite in the vertical direction is reduced obviously by the optimum absorber,and so is it in the other two directions.This method has provided a new idea in flywheel vibration control for satellites.
