开放教育视角下校企合作办学模式、问题与对策研究——以宁波广播电视大学为例

摘　　要：开放教育校企合作办学近几年异军突起,合作办学规模不断扩大,而相关研究却少之从此次此次又少,且无全面系统的研究。以宁波电大为例,通过对电大校企合作办学的现状及典型类别进行分析,来阐述开放教育校企合作办学所拥有的优势和所面对的困境及瓶颈。针对相关困境与问题,从政府、企业和学校的角度探索总结实施开放教育校企合作人才培养模式的途径与策略。从而建构出具有操作性和推广价值的全新开放教育校企合作人才培养模式,即"政府引导、学校办学、企业参与"的合作办学模式。Cooperative education between RTVU and enterprises in Open Education has suddenly risen as a new force in recent years.In spite of the expansion of cooperative education,there is few related researches and no systematic researches.This paper,taking NBTVU as an example,firstly analyses the current states and typical kinds of cooperative education,and then expounds its advantages,the problems and bottle necks it faces,lastly raises some strategies and ways of the implementation of cooperative education from the points of view of the government,enterprises and schools.Last but not least,a practical model of cooperative education between RTVU and enterprises named ＂school running,government guidance,enterprises participation＂ is constructed,which has some application value.
