校企合作共建足球俱乐部的研究——以温州职业技术学院华康足球俱乐部为例

摘　　要：为创新学校体育教学、训练模式,利用校企合作机制,通过校企合作共建足球俱乐部,企业对俱乐部提供一定的经费支持,俱乐部为企业冠名,接受企业的监督。利用这些经费支持从而实现教师的培训,训练的不间断、课内外一体化。提高学生的足球技、战术水平,同时扩大学校及企业在社会中的知名度,实现多赢。In order to reform the school P.E.and training mode,the cooperation between school and enterprise is adopted to establish the football club.The enterprise supports the club financially and the club is entitled and monitored by the enterprise.The club trains teachers and conduct continuous training with the funds.The students’football tactics and skills are improved while the reputation of the school and the enterprise are enhanced.
