摘　　要：探索根据学校办学定位及企业技术研发需求建立校企联合培养研究生模式。南华大学机械工程专业通过与企业建立研究生创新培养基地,有效提升研究生的实践能力、创新素质和创业能力,并为高校与企业合作促进研究开发、成果转化和产业化链条的形成提供平台。This paper explored that University-enterprise joint training postgraduate student model is established on the basis of the college-running orientation and technology research of enterprise. Practice ability, innovation quality and entrepreneurial ability are effectively enhanced through postgraduate student innovation training base of Mechanical-engineering postgraduates of USC （University of South China） with the enterprise, the formation of the research and development, achievements transformation and industrialization chain are promoted to provide platform.
