摘　　要：信息技术的不断发展促使E-learning环境下的个人知识管理成为必需。在介绍E-learning及个人知识管理概念的基础上,总结个人知识管理的步骤,并以iSpaceDesktop管理工具为例,列举个人知识管理在大学生毕业论文设计各个阶段的作用,充分说明E-learning环境下个人知识管理的重要性。With the continuous development of information technology, it is becoming more and more necessary to manage personal knowledge in E-learning environments. Based on the introduction of the concept of E-Learning and personal knowledge management, this paper summed up the steps of personal knowledge management, and illustrated the importance of personal knowledge management under the environment of E-learning by introducing the importance of iSpace Desktop in the writing of thesis.
