欧盟教育政策及对我国教育事业发展的启示

摘　　要：在全球化的趋势下,欧盟重视教育事业,制定了一系列保障教育事业发展的合理政策。当前欧盟教育政策执行方案中康美纽斯计划、伊拉斯谟斯计划和横向计划,分别从基础教育、高等教育和教育合作等方面对欧盟国家教育政策的制定、执行给予明确指导和规划,确保了欧盟教育政策的整体性和高效率。借鉴欧盟教育政策,我国教育事业要更好地适应经济社会的发展,应提升基础教育、职业教育以及高等教育质量和水平,优化教育资源配置,增强教育国际合作,最终实现我国教育事业的发展。Under the trend of globalization,the EU pays great attention to the quality of education,which has formulated a series of reasonable policy to guarantee the educational development.The current educational policy consists of the Comenius Program,the Erasmus Program and the Transversal Program.These programs guide the policy of the basic education,the higher education and the educational cooperation to implement reasonably,which ensures the integrity and efficiency of the educational policy.China s education should adapt to the economic and social development effectively,so that we have to promote the quality and level of basic education,occupation education and higher education.We also have to optimize the allocation of educational resources,and enhance international cooperation in education.Then our country achieves development of education finally.
