摘　　要："工学交替"是高职院校培养高素质技能型人才的重要模式。本文分析了在工学交替模式下高职学生思想政治教育存在的主要问题,并就如何创新高职生思想政治教育工作进行了思考和探索。As for talent training model,the ＂work-study alternation＂ approach is important for the cultivation of high quality and capability in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education for college students under the mode of work-study alternation,and deliberates and explores how to innovate the work of ideological and political education of Vocational College students.
