高校大学生学习动机的策略研究

摘　　要：随着社会环境、生活条件及思想观念的转变,高校大学生兴趣不高、动力不足,给高校的学风考风建设带来挑战。本文分析高校大学生当前的学习状况,探析高校大学生学习动机的影响因素,并从学校、教师、家庭及自身等方面指出提高高校大学生学习动机的策略。With tremendous change of the social environment,living conditions and ideas,the study intest is relatively low and college students lack motivation of learning,challenging the costom of the college learning.The paper analyzes the current situation of learning in colleges,explores the factors that affect their motivation,and introduces strategies to increase their motivation from the side of teacher,family and student.
