浅谈高职高专院校”双师型”教师队伍建设

摘　　要：自“双师型”教师出现以来，对于如何建设一支高素质、高水平的“双师型”教师的探索从未停止。其中，《全国教育人才发展中长期规划（2010-2020年）》指出职业教育人才队伍建设是以“双师型”教师为重点。要加大职业院校教师培养力度，开展以提高“双师”素质为重点的培训任务。由此可见，“双师型”教师队伍建设任务艰巨且时间紧迫。故本文试图时高职高专院校的“双师型”教师队伍建设的现状分析探索性的寻求建设对策。Since the emergence of＂double type teachers＂, about how to build a high quality high levels of double type teachers exploration never stop among them, the national education medium and long-term talent development plan （2010-2020） points out that vocational education talents team construction is based on double focus on teachers, to intensify vocational colleges teacher training, carry out to improve the quality of the double focusing training task so, ＂double type teachers＂ troop construction task and time is short so this article attempts to the vocational college of ＂double type teachers＂ troop construction present situation analysis of exploratory countermeasures for construction.
