摘　　要：勤工助学是一项学生从事兼职的实践活动,是高校发挥教育功能的的重要平台之一,从现阶段高等师范院校勤工助学工作现状,结合高校先进管理经验,探讨师范院校勤工助学工作师范专业特色化、管理平台信息化、校地合作多元化、工作就业一体化、学生自主自强化五个发展新趋势。Part-time work program provides a university student the job practice. It is one of the im- portant platforms on which colleges and universities performing their education function. This paper analy- zes the current status quo of the part-time work program in the normal universities; and, combined with the advanced management experience, to explore new trends of part-time work program in normal universi- ties in professional characteristic, information management platform integration, diversification of school cooperation, work employment and students self-strengthening in their development.
