摘　　要：如何满足中原经济区建设所需的高端技能型人才,实现中部崛起战略目标,成为众多中原经济区高职院校迫在眉睫的问题。河南工业职业技术学院经过长时间的探索,推行校企"双主体"合作育人新模式,为中原经济区的建设培养了大批生产、建设、服务和管理第一线急需的高技能人才,有力的保障了中部崛起所需的高技能型人才。How to meet the needs of high skilled talents for the Central Plains Economic Zone, the realization of strategic objectives for the rise of the central China, has become the pressing thing for many vocational colleges in the central Plains Economic Zone. For a long time exploration, Henan industrial vocational and technical college put forward the new educational model of the school-enterprise double subject, train a large quantities of urgent high-skilled talents needed for the first line of the production, construction, service, and management for the Central Plains Economic Zone, and meet the demands of high-skilled talents for the rise of central China.
