健康管理理念贯穿老年医学教学的探索

摘　　要：为了培养医学生的健康管理理念，空军总医院在老年医学教学中，以系统的健康管理理念指导医学生的老年医学实践。以阿尔茨海默病为例，将健康管理论述为老年医学教学的“三级预防干预”，教育学生帮助老年人做到无病先防，有病早发现、早诊断、早治疗以及疾病中晚期的综合管理，传授促进健康的知识及技能，取得了较好的教学效果。In order to train medical student with health management idea, General Hospital of Air Force trained the practice of geriatrics with systemic health management idea in geriatrics teaching. Example of Alzheimer disease （ AD）, the health management was discussed as three grades prevention and intervention. Students were educated to help older prevent diseases in having no disease, be early discovered, diagnosed and treated in early disease, and take integrative treatment in advanced disease. They were imparted knowledge and skills of health promotion. Good teaching effectiveness was obtained.
