摘　　要：实践教学对全面提高学生的综合素质、创新能力和就业能力具有非常重要的作用。文章通过分析药学专业实践教学的现状和困境，探索实践教学改革的方法和模式，在教学实践中采取了增设短学期，引导学生早期接触工作岗位；构建主干课程实验教学新体系，增加综合性实验和开放设计性实验的比例；通过“导师制”引导学生积极参与导师的科研活动，提高科研创新能力等做法，取得了良好的效果，促进了药学专业毕业生的就业。Practice teaching has a very important role to improve students overall quality, innovation and employability. This paper analyzes the teaching in pharmacy practice, and explore practical teaching methods and models of reform, In the teaching practice, guide students to early contact work in the short term; to establish a new system of experimental courses teaching, comprehensive experiments and open experiments proportion; through the ＂tutorial system＂ to guide the students to actively participate in the tutor＇s research activities, scientific research innovation ability promotion practices, and achieved good results, promote the employment of pharmacy graduates.
