摘  要:多样化特色化发展是普通高中发展战略转型的需要。普通高中多样化发展是一个区域的全局性概念,包括办学体制、办学形式和人才培养模式的多样化;特色化发展是一种学校发展战略,指学校从没有特色到有特色再到特色学校的动态发展过程。普通高中应定位于"基础+选择",这是多样化特色化发展的前提。当前普通高中多样化特色化发展亟待解决的几个问题是:深化高考制度改革、落实和扩大高中办学自主权、发挥政府引导作用和增强办学主体自主发展意识。Diversified and characterized development is the need of ordinary high school development strategy transformation. The diversified development of ordinary high school is an overall concept of tha area, including the school system, school running form and diversification of training mode; The Characterized development is a kind of school development strategy, which is a dynamic development process of the school from not having features to having features. Ordinary high school should be positioned to "base + choice", which is the premise of diversi- fied and characterized development. The current problems of diversified and characterized development to be solved are: deepening the reform of the college entrance examination system, implementing and expanding high school running autonomy, giving play to the role of government guidance and strengthening the independent devel- opment consciousness of running subject.
