临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：临床医学专业学位制度的建立与实施,是我国医学学位与研究生教育的一项重大改革.在北京大学医学部临床医学专业学位教育10多年工作的基础上,本文从入学考试、培养方案、课程教学到临床实践与科研训练五个方面,阐释了临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式的探索与经验.结果表明,以临床实践为主、科研训练为辅,临床医学专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训、与同等学力在职申请学位培养相结合的模式,可以为我国临床医学专业研究生教育的改革,以及全科医生、专科医生的培养提供参考和借鉴.The establishment and practice of specialized degree of clinical medicine is a substantial reform in the history of the degree of medicine and graduate education in China.Based on more than ten years＇ teaching experience in the field of clinical medicine at Peking University Health Science Center （PUHSC）,this paper summarizes the exploration and experience in the mode of educating graduate students towards the degree of clinical medicine in PUHSC in five aspects：matriculation examination,project of education,curriculum development,clinical practice and scientific research and training.The result shows that the mode,combining the standard training of graduate students majoring in clinical medicine and resident physicians with the in-service education of those with the same educational level,in which the dominant clinical practice is supplemented by scientific research and training,can serve as a source of reference for the reform of the graduate education of clinical medicine in China as well as the future training of general practitioners and specialists.
