摘　　要：根据学生在实验教学中的表现,在有机化学实验教学中,对学生综合素质的培养进行了探索。通过充分发挥教师的主导作用、实行分步训练、利用多媒体辅助教学、强化安全意识和环保意识、改革考核形式等,学生的工作责任心、学习能力、合作能力、分析问题和解决问题能力等综合素质都得到了较全面的提高。According to the status of university students, the training of their comprehensive qualities is explored in organic chemistry experimental teaching. The comprehensive qualities are improved in the aspects of students＂ responsibility, ability to learn, ability to cooperate, ability to analyze and solve problems by ways of giving full play to the leading role of teachers, step-by-step training, using the multimedia, strengthening the safety awareness and environmental awareness, and the assessment reform.
