摘　　要：以蚕豆尖为材料,利用微核检测技术研究不同浓度杏鲍菇提取液对蚕豆根尖细胞的影响作用。研究表明,试验浓度的杏鲍菇提取液对蚕豆根尖细胞的畸变有抑制作用,且随着浓度的增高抑制作用更加明显。Using micronucleus detection technique, the effects of different concentration Eryngii liquids on Viciafaba root tip cells were stud- ied. Results showed that the experimental concentration of Eryngii extraction liquid inhibit cancerous root tip cells of Vicictfaba. The inhibition effect is more obvious with concentration increasing.
