摘　　要：辅导员是高校中的一个重要群体,是大学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友,对大学生的成长有着不可忽视的影响。文章以四所高校的辅导员作为研究样本,围绕高校辅导员职业倦怠展开调研,具体问卷调查了辅导员的工作情绪、工作定位、职业认同度等方面的实际情况。Instructors, college students＂ mentors in life and close friends, are an important group of universi- ties and colleges, who have an impact not to be ignored on the growth of college students. The paper takes the instructors of four universities and colleges as the research sample, and investigates into their working mood, job satisfaction, professional identity and other aspects around the weariness of job.
