摘　　要：基于基础教育新课程改革对培养研究型教师的时代需求,对我国教师培养中的现实问题的反思,以化学师范专业的综合化学实验为案例探索了"基于任务-研讨反思-成果呈现"的研究型教师培养的任务驱动教学模式的内涵、实施过程及实施过程存在的问题。实践表明,任务驱动教学模式在培养师范生研究能力、专业发展能力等方面具有重要意义。The basic education curriculum reform meaned an increasing need for research - oriented teachers. Using the Comprehensive Chemistry Experiments course as a case study, the meaning of task - driven teaching mode in cultiva- ting research -oriented teachers and issues in carrying out this practice were investigated. The study showed that the task - driven teaching mode profound implications in developing the research abilities of normal school students.
