医学院校专业设置变化的原因探析

摘　　要：医学院校的专业设置呈现出了从单科性到多科性再到综合性的变化状况。导致这一变化的外因是医学院校工具价值的体现及扩招的政策导向;内因是校际间的竞争、精英教育的高成本、专业的融合发展及培养高素质医学人才的需要等。医学院校的专业设置从医学专业延伸到医学相关及非医学专业,是符合高校的演进规律的。The changes in specialty setting among medical colleges have taken on the trend from single subject to multi-disci- plinary to comprehensiveness. The extrinsic causes of the change lay in the social values of the medical colleges and the higher education enrollment expansion policy. The intrinsic causes of the change lay in the competition between colleges, the higher-cost of the elite education, a mix-together of different specialty and the need to cultivate a high-quality compos- ite personnel. The status that the specialty setting is enlarging from medical major to medical-related major and non-medi- cal major accords with the development of higher education.
