摘　　要：影视类职业教育在经过近三十年的发展后，培养出众多影视人才，为我国影视业的发展做出了巨大的贡献，也极大地推进了我国的精神文明建设。然而和众多职业教育一样，影视类职业教育发展至今，也面临着教育理念落后、生源素质下降、国家投入不足、教育质量不高等问题，然而在众多问题中影视类高职院校师资问题却成为困扰着影视类高职院校发展的主要因素之一。After nearly three decades of development, the film and television vocational education, training numerous film and television talents, has made a great contribution to the development of China＇s film and television industry, but also gre- atly promoted China＇s spiritual civilization. And just like much vocational education, the development of film and television vocational education today is also facing backward educational concepts, deterioration of the qualities of students, the insuf- ficient national input and low-quality education. However, the teaching staff in vocational colleges is one of the main factors that plagued the film and television development of vocational colleges.
